What this site collects

UK Travel Clinics does not ask visitors for any health or personal medical information, and our area, city, region, vaccine and service pages don't collect any data at all. The only form on this site is "List Your Clinic", aimed at pharmacies and clinics who want to be added to our directory. That form asks for business contact details — a clinic name, contact name, email, phone number and address — which are submitted directly to our form handler, Basin, and used only to review and process the listing request.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, as described in our Cookie Policy. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data.

How long we keep listing data

Information submitted through the List Your Clinic form is kept for as long as needed to process your listing and keep your directory entry accurate, and is deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a listing request at any time. Contact us via the details on our Contact page to exercise any of these rights.

We may update this policy as the site develops. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
